Safety devices：

♦ Over-temperature automatic protection device: When the set temperature is exceeded, the system automatically cuts off the power supply.

♦ Door safety interlock device: With electronic door lock, the sterilizer can only start the working procedure when the door is closed in place. If there is pressure in the inner room or the power is not connected, the electronic door lock locks the door handle and the door cannot be opened.

♦ Door temperature safety interlock device: When the liquid load is sterilized, the door can only be opened when the liquid load temperature drops to a safe temperature (lower than the local boiling point -20℃), avoiding the risk of liquid explosion in accordance with the requirements of “TSG 21-2016 Technical Supervision Regulations for Safety of Fixed Pressure Vessels” and GB4793.4.

♦ Anti-dry burning alarm device: When the water level is lower than the low water level, the heating power supply is automatically cut off and the alarm information is displayed.

♦ Safety valve for automatic pressure relief of overpressure: When the set pressure is exceeded, the safety valve opens to release the pressure.

♦ Electronic circuit safety device: DC control circuit with overvoltage and overload protection, AC main circuit with short circuit protector.
