Application:

HY-S/D series pulsating vacuum sterilizer uses saturated steam as the sterilization medium, through the method of pulsating vacuum, the saturated steam completely penetrates to the surface of the object, and the high-temperature saturated steam under high pressure is used to kill all microorganisms and their spores, sterilizing The effect is reliable, making it the most effective method of physical sterilization.

The effect of cold air on temperature is eliminated by means of pulsating vacuum exhaust, and finally vacuum dehumidification is combined with jacket to dry sterilized items.

It can be widely used in pharmaceutical, bioengineering, medical and health care, scientific research and other fields, and can be sterilized aseptic clothing, sterilization boxes, medical appliances, rubber, liquids, medical dressings and other items.

Main Feartures:

1. Lifting door structure, detachable rack structure, motor chain drive up and down, with anti-pinch function, saving operation and installation space, and can realize automatic handling and docking.

2. Double door channel type, with pressure safety interlock, liquid program with temperature door safety interlock, double door interlock.

3. The sealing ring is driven by inflation pressure to achieve automatic sealing. The new high-quality high-tear-resistant silicone rubber material round hollow door sealing ring has a special coating on the surface, which is wear-resistant and smooth, with better sealing effect and longer service life. Up to 1500 cycles.

4. The main structure is a rectangular cross-section and a European-style annular reinforcing rib jacket structure. The sealing grooves are welded directly to the annular jackets at both ends (GETINGE structure).

5. Control system: imported Siemens programmable logic controller PLC and color touch screen, the whole process is automatically controlled by program, and the running process status, temperature, pressure, time and other parameters are automatically displayed.

6. Traceability system: It has a communication port connected with the quality traceability system of the disinfection supply center, and provides a software communication protocol connected with the traceability system.

7. Equipped with sterile clothing, tools, rubber, liquid, culture medium, waste, custom procedures and other sterilization procedures and BD test, vacuum leak procedures and other test procedures.

8. Real-time printing of process data through built-in micro-dot printer, equipped with paperless recorder.

9. Intelligent maintenance system: (optional) equipped with remote monitoring and maintenance module, which can realize remote monitoring of equipment operation and remote software upgrade.

10. The inner chamber can choose an independent steam inlet design, and the steam does not pass through the jacket, so as to prevent the carbon steel of the jacket from contaminating the sterilized items, and to avoid the pressure drop of the jacket affecting the drying effect.

11. Pipeline system: stainless steel sanitary pipe, clamp connection, all welds are welded by automatic pipe welding machine; The main control valves are imported brand German Gemi angle seat valve and Taiwan AirTAC solenoid valve, imported German SPECK direct-connected water ring vacuum pump.

12. Water saving and noise reduction system (optional): It can reduce the circulating water consumption of the vacuum pump by 30% and reduce the noise of the vacuum pump;

13. Automatic drainage device (optional): The jacket automatically controls the drainage device, and the inner chamber is equipped with an automatic control drainage device, which automatically detects the temperature and pressure of the jacket and the inner chamber, and automatically drains the water to ensure the saturation of the steam.

14. With automatic adjustment system of drainage temperature, drainage temperature ≤ 55 ℃.

15. Air filter: The filtration precision is less than or equal to 2 microns, and the sterilization rate reaches 99.97%.
